We deliver to your final destination site, place your new modular or manufactured home on its foundation, and complete the installation. The MN River Valley
The MN River Valley spans across much of western and south western Minnesota. Over two hundred miles of MN River Valley offers spectacular views, nearby rivers and streams, and plenty of warm hospitality in the communities flanking this area, making it a popular corridor for new home developments. Browns Valley is the northern most start of the MN River Valley, and as it continues southeast, some of the communities along the MN River Valley include Ortonville, Granite Falls, Montevideo, Redwood Falls, Sleepy Eye, New Ulm, and Mankato.
Beautiful MN Lake Country
While you can find beautiful lake country throughout all of Minnesota, many people consider central to northern Minnesota from 70 miles south of Brainerd north toward Leech Lake and Bemidji to be prime summer and year-round lake areas. Excelsior Homes has moved many homes to these areas.
