I love our new home more than I originally anticipated . . . if that were possible! The time my husband and I spent trying to determine what color the floors would be, or the woodwork, for example, proved to be well worth the effort. More importantly, was the attention to detail that Beau, Jason, and Jessica gave us. I highly doubt any other manufactured home dealer could have listened to our list of wants and then designed our house to include those details in every area of our floor plan, and in a pattern that made the end result very appealing to all of our senses. I also wish to acknowledge the wonderful, PROFESSIONAL, and friendly subcontractors that came to our site and completed the work that was done in the final phases of our project. As Jason and Beau told us from the beginning, they have excellent workers and they consistently gave us the best, most efficient service. Continual COMMUNICATION with Beau, Jessica, and Jason was absolutely vital to our happiness and enjoyment with the final results!

Six years ago we purchased our house from Excelsior Homes and we couldn’t be happier with our decision! The homes were impressive, but it was one of the owners, Beau Munsell, that sold us on building a Schult Modular Home. He took so m uch time with us, not once, but twice.. The second time we came down was when we ordered a new Schult home with our requested added options. He explained every little detail and answered every questions that we had. That made all the difference in the world to us. It was “THE DECIDING FACTOR”. We were very happy with the staff also. We love our new home and would certainly recommend that anyone looking to build a home, should go directly to Excelsior Homes and talk to Beau, Jason, and Patty. I think you will find, as we did, that you have made an exceptional choice to have them help you build the home that you truly love.

After being disappointed in our attempts to work with other dealers, we came across Excelsior Homes, and what a relief we did. They were great to work with, and felt they were looking out for our best interests throughout the whole process of building our home. They had great ideas, things we hadn’t even though of, and gently saved us from ourselves when were were considering something misguided. They didn’t price-gouge us as others attempted to do. They also served as the general contractor, managing all the subcontractors (i.e. actually got them to come and do the work, and in a timely fashion!) Bottom line, Excelsior Homes was the right choice for us, and I would choose them again. I recommend them every chance I get.
