Bring your family and friends to our location on Highway 7 in Hutchinson, MN for our annual Spring Open House & 40th Anniversary Sale. We have on display over 12 fully decorated models, both Modular and Manufactured. You will be able to view homes manufactured by Schult Homes and North Star Building Systems. Food and beverages will be served daily and you will also have the opportunity to register to win a target gift card. Representatives from Schult Homes of Redwood Falls and Plumbing & Heating by Craig of Hutchinson will be available to answer questions and give additional information on construction and efficiency.
During our 2013 Spring Open House, all stock models will have discounts and you can save over $10,000 in comparison with 2013 prices. Also, all custom orders will be discounted per customer arrangements with representatives of Excelsior Homes. We will honor any sale pricing from now until the close of our open house.
