I have a floor plan in mind, but can’t find it on your website. Can you build it?
For the most part the answer is YES! Bring us your ideas, drawings, plans from another company, or you can start with our plans. Although we cannot build every single plan that a site-builder may be able to build, we can come close. We have numerous options to choose from that can accommodate your wants and needs. Bring us anything you have and we’ll let you know what we can do with it! We are happy to offer custom home options.
I found a floor plan I like, but want to make some changes. Can this be done?
Yes! Most of our floor plans can be changed. This allows homes to be designed more site specific and meet the home buyers needs. Custom home options are our specialty.
I saw a floor plan elsewhere. Can you build it?
Bring us the plan and we will see what we can do with it. If the floor plan is modular or manufactured specific we most definitely should be able to build it. If the plan is from a site builder we would be happy to take a look at it to see what we can do with the plan!
The floor plan I like is for a manufactured home. Can you build it is a modular home?
All of our double section Schult Home floor plans are interchangeable and can be built as a modular or manufactured home.
I would like a porch on my home. Can this be added?
Absolutely! We offer a variety of floor plans where the porch is built in the factory, attached to the home. Another custom home option is to have a porch built on-site after the home is delivered and installed.
I want granite counter-tops. Do you offer granite?
Yes! Granite is an option in our Stratford Homes. In our modular Schult Homes, granite would have to be installed on site and not in the factory.
