The annual Schult Show was held on November 6, 2019. At this event we get to take a look at some of the homes and features that will be available in the new year. We also attended a banquet where we were honored to accept a Schult Homes Top Retailer award and a Customer Care award.
Importance of Customer Service
Customer service is very important to us at Excelsior Homes. Without providing quality care we couldn’t run the business that we do. Creating new homes for people is something we take seriously.
- Customer Care NPS Award – This is an award that they give out based Schult Homes follow-up with our customers. We are scored and must reach specific customer care service levels to receive this award.
- Schult Homes Redwood Falls Top Retailer Award – This award is fairly self-explanatory. We are honored to be Schult Homes Redwood Falls #1 retailer in the state of Minnesota.
Acknowledgements like these make us even more thankful for all those that contribute to our continued success – it takes a village! We are looking forward to another great year and partnership with Schult Homes. Helping people create their new homes is an amazing job. We are thankful for the opportunities.
