Our display homes are always popular at Farmfest. They offer visitor to see the lastest in manufactured and modular homes, plus it offers people a chance to cool down since we have the air conditioning running!

At this year’s Farmfest we’ll display the Schult 
Patriot Washington manufactured home with an end entry. The end entry allows you to enter the home through a utility/wash room. This is a popular option for farm/agriculture and lake living. It allows you to wash up or dry off without tracking dirt or water throughout your home. The Patriot Washington is an affordable option for one-level living. We see it as a common solution for people when they are downsizing or as a home for farming transitions as generations take over operations.
