Mobile home parks are filling up as more people look at them for options. We’ve had the opportunity to work with a number of the parks across Minnesota in cities like Blaine, St. Cloud, Owatonna, Annandale, Mankato and Hutchinson when placing new mobile homes for buyers.
Mobile Home Park Affordability
In most mobile home (also known as manufactured home) parks you’ll own your home and rent the lot that it is placed on from the park. Like all the homes we offer at Excelsior Homes, there are many manufactured home options to choose from. The amount of bedrooms and bathrooms can help guide your decision along with your design preferences and budget. Many mobile home parks offer incentives when you sign a lease for a lot. Ask parks what offers they have, you might be able to save some money!
Perhaps one of the biggest perks of moving into mobile home park is how quickly you can be living in a new home. When you find a lot, get approved by the park, have financing lined up and find a manufactured home things can fall into place fairly quick. In some cases there are homes ready for immediate move in.
