Are you excited to see what’s new in 2016 with Schult Homes?
Excelsior Homes West, Inc. recently made the trip to Redwood Falls, Mn to attend the Schult Homes fall show. Here are the new floor plans and options we were able to see.
New Floor Plans:
Schult Homes has new floor plans to offer in 2016 and two new series, The Patriot and Riverview series. The Patriot is only offered as a manufactured home and has many unique features that are exclusive to the Patriot’s floor plan. The Riverview series offers three sectional floor plans, including the Riverview 4828-201 and Riverview 5628-202, and one single section floor plan. The Main Street 6028-18, Timberland 6832-55 & Timberland 6428-12-1 are new 2016 floor plans that can be built as either modular or manufactured homes.
Built-in/Hidden Jewelry Mirror:
This new feature is perfect for those who have a large collection of jewelry, but like organization. What looks like a framed mirror opens up to peg hanging jewelry storage. This feature helps hide all your clutter and looks great!
Barn Door:
The new barn door option is a great modern feature for Schult Homes. It looks stylish and saves space without having a swinging door in its place. (The door color and finish may vary throughout Schult Homes series.)
Chalkboard Paint:
Chalkboard paint is an exciting new feature Schult Homes has added to their options. Give your laundry room a modern twist and, at the same time, hide the boring water/heater door cover.
Walk-in Ceramic Shower:
Schult Homes now offers a 72”x48” walk-in ceramic shower upgrade. This shower has plenty of space and features a new rain shower head.
Kitchen Faucet:
The new kitchen faucet Schult Homes is now offering has a pull down sprayer attached. This faucet has a long neck which helps with filling and cleaning large pots and pans.
Frigidaire Appliances:
Schult homes will now offer a new Frigidaire appliance package. These appliances will be available in white, black, and stainless steel finishes.
Farmhouse Kitchen Sink:
The farmhouse kitchen sink will still be offered in 2016. This impressive sink is just too elegant and modern looking not to mention again!
