2015 has proved to be an exciting year for our crew at Excelsior Homes West, Inc. Each year, Schult Homes invites dealers from all over the country to attend their annual Fall Show and awards banquet, where we were presented with a 2015 Schult Homes Top Retailer Award.
Schult Homes Fall Show – Redwood Falls, Minnesota
Members of our staff toured six show models, a mix of modular and manufactured homes, at the annual Schult Homes Fall Show. The fall show is where dealers are presented with new features for the upcoming year, such as floor plans, colors, and options. It is also a time when retailers learn what will be discontinued. Part of what makes us a Schult Homes Top Retailer is our commitment and dedication to learning the Schult Homes product inside and out. Our deep knowledge, innovative ideas and genuine commitment to our customers are some of our skills that we feel sets us apart from other Minnesota dealers.

Schult Homes Banquet – Jackpot Junction
Following the Schult Homes Fall Show, dealers were invited to attend the annual banquet. The banquet took place at Jackpot Junction, outside of Morton, MN, not far from Redwood Falls. At the banquet, retailers from around the country were in attendance, along with sales and service members from the Redwood Falls Schult Homes Manufacturing facility & corporate staff members from Clayton Homes. It was a proud moment for us when we received a Schult Homes Top Retailer Award. Representatives, who we also call our friends, presented Beau, Jason, and Jess the award. The relationships we have with our sales and service representatives from Schult Homes and the relationships we build with our customers is what makes us a top retailer.
